ValidDs displays marketplace, product, advertising, and ecommerce information obtained from third-party data providers and publicly accessible sources.

This information may include:

• •Units-sold or sales-related indicators
• •Estimated revenue
• •Reviews and review counts
• •Product and pricing trends
• •Advertising creatives and creative-performance signals
• •Competitor-store information
• •Competitor-store traffic information
• •Store names
• •Other market signals used in ValidDs analysis

This marketplace information generally relates to businesses, products, advertisements, and stores and is not collected from your personal accounts.

ValidDs does not currently display an individual seller's personal name, creator handle, profile photograph, personal location, or similar personal-profile information as part of competitor-store information.

Store names generally identify businesses rather than individuals. However, where a store name or related marketplace information reasonably identifies or can be linked to an individual, including a sole proprietor, we treat that information as personal information where required by applicable law.

We process this information to provide ecommerce market research, product validation, competitive analysis, and related analytics.

An individual who believes information displayed through ValidDs relates to them may contact privacy@validds.com to exercise any rights available under applicable law.

Metrics labeled or described as estimates, including estimated revenue, are analytical approximations derived from available market signals. They are not reported financial figures supplied or verified by the applicable marketplace, seller, advertiser, or store.

ValidDs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of TikTok, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Meta, Amazon, Alibaba, AliExpress, or any marketplace or platform whose data or content may appear in the Service, except where an official integration or commercial relationship is expressly identified.

ValidDs may provide an optional link to EcomBos, an independent third-party service that allows users to create or remix advertising creatives.

If you choose to follow an EcomBos link:

• •You will leave ValidDs and interact directly with EcomBos.
• •The link may contain referral or attribution parameters identifying ValidDs as the referring source.
• •Your EcomBos account, subscription, payments, services, outputs, and activity are governed by EcomBos' own terms and privacy practices.

Unless the Service expressly tells you otherwise before you initiate a transfer, ValidDs does not transmit your ValidDs research inputs, creative briefs, account credentials, or payment information to EcomBos through the referral link.

EcomBos is not operated or controlled by Hampton Empire LLC.

ValidDs does not sell your personal information to EcomBos.

ValidDs does not currently sell personal information for money.

ValidDs also does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use personal information for targeted advertising as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

We nevertheless provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism so users can exercise applicable rights and so ValidDs is prepared if our advertising or analytics practices change in the future.

If we later begin using technologies or partners that constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will update this Privacy Policy and honor applicable opt-out requests.

Where legally required, we also honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control.

You may access the applicable opt-out mechanism through the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Service footer or by contacting privacy@validds.com.

ValidDs may use cookies and similar technologies that are reasonably necessary to:

We may process information you submit as necessary to generate these outputs.

Hampton Empire LLC does not use your private research inputs or business information to train generative artificial-intelligence models that are made available to other ValidDs users or to third parties.

ValidDs does not use personal information to make decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

Residents of California, Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws may have additional rights under their applicable state law.

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

ValidDs is operated from the United States and is intended for users located in the United States.

The Service is not currently offered to users located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

Information may nevertheless be processed by service providers located in the United States or other countries. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we do, we will post the updated version and change the Effective Date above.

If a change materially affects how we process personal information previously collected, we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
